I am a razer fan. I bought the Tiamat 7.1 v2 today morning. when i plug in to my computer, it sounds not so good. at the same time, i can not find the 7.1 surround sound code inside the box. do i need to buy another one? actually, the most important thing is it sounds so cheap. it just sounds like my sister's $20 earphone. what should i do? pls help kid.

    First buy good pc-e sound card that can handle 7.1 sound when. More better sound card then you will have better sound from headset. For sound app it's only support synapse 2 if your headset support only synapse 3 you cant use it.
