How do I claim warranty on faulty headset? | Razer Insider

  I bought a Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox back in May of 2023. I ordered it brand new from Razer off of Amazon and it says it has warranty included. It has consistent connectivity problems, the mic often cuts out in voice chat, a constant buzzing sound can be heard by others whenever I’m not talking during voice chat, and there are time where I can’t even be heard at all while I’m talking. I don’t know if these are problems I can fix or if the headset is just faulty. Some of these problems started on day 1 but were really minor, now they are actually an issue. I’ve registered the headset to this website, but I don’t know if or where I can initiate a claim for warranty.
