How do you make the Razer Nari wireless side tone louder?

As the title says, I cannot make my voice louder in my headset which is kinda annoying as if I can't hear my own voice I start to stutter really badly and miss pronounce a lot of words. I have the volume on full in Razer Synaspe but it's still super low and doesn't sync up with other sounds coming from the PC. (for example if I turn my game volume up it completely drowns out my voice in side tone)

    First of all razer recommend that when you use this headset you should set 100% volume and control the sound volume on right dial :P Dials on the headset itself dont control the volume in windows. Next thing is you change the mic quality in windows ?
