I accidentally deleted my Razer ID


I accidenttaly deleted my Razer ID, now i cant use my Blackshark V2 X's 7.1. When i try to log in the account i deleted, i cant log in. I send a mail to support. I hope they will help me, is it happened to anyone? If is it, what the support did? Thanks. (Sorry for my grammar.)

Hi @UTqU55, I'm sorry that you accidentally deleted your Razer ID. All your profile, account information, and all settings and data stored in the cloud will be removed and can no longer be recovered once Razer Account permanently deleted requested by the user. However, you can contact Razer Support for assistance.

Hi @UTqU55, I'm sorry that you accidentally deleted your Razer ID. Thanks, i sent mail to support but i want to ask a question, if they see my mail. What they will do? Can they send me another code? Did u know anything about that?

Hi @UTqU55, I'm unable to provide any information regarding this issue but mostly probably might give you the same reply as I had given you earlier. Might have to wait for their reply or you can just create new account via https://razerid.razer.com/new

I tried, i crated this account but the code is not workijg because i used it once.
