I bought a headset from the Local humane society thrift store. The Box had the paperwork as well as the grey bag with the headset inside. I do not have a valid receipt due to buying it second hand. Am I just forever locked out of using the 7.1 surround? Please help.

Hi sylisfox,

If your Razer headset is showing the error “This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support.”, the best thing to do is to return it to the seller, since it’s already been registered before. Also, we’re not able to issue a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code or register it under your account. Take care for now!
