I've had the headphones for a while and out of nowhere they started connecting and disconnecting continuously.I tried reinstalling the drivers and synapse but the problem continues.

Hello from Germany !I bought a Razer Leviathan V2 Soundbar. It worked really nice since some days i wanted to set the equalizer and THX / Stereo.This isn`t working, theres no change in sound what ever i set (Equalizer low / High, THX or Stereo) nothing changes.i Already removed the Device drivers and reinstalled.The Synapse Software in the Audio Tab for the Leviathan is laggy as hell…. and as i said...whatever i set there...theres no change in sound.What can i do the get the excellent sound back for my new soundbar? 

i got it 2 hand and theres was no code i understand its the guys fault but this bs is unbelievable fuck u need a code or something i tried contacting support but it didnt work any tips? 

Hello guys. I have the old Carcharias headphones, and I'm thinking of getting Kraken X Lite. I was wondering is Kraken X Lite better than the Carcharias, is it worth the upgrade. Also I can't find any software for the old Carcharias.?

I am really wanting to buy either the Razer Kraken Kitty V1 original or the Bluetooth version. However I would need it to work with my Xbox also. I’ve found mixed answers online but most answers are regarding previous Xbox consoles. I just want to know if either the original wired Razer Kitty or the BT version will work with the Xbox Series X console specifically as some have said they have?  Thanks!

I bought Razer headphones 2 months ago. The right earbud fits my ear perfectly, but the left earbud does not. I didn't cause much trouble then, but now... I'm wondering what I can do. Can I request an exchange for a higher model? Or can you send it suitable for my ear? model no: razer hammerhad true wireless X

My Razer Leviathan is connected to my Macbook via Bluetooth. If I’m playing a song from my laptop and I pause it and then after a while (not sure how long exactly) I play again, it takes a couple of second for the sound to come out. It’s like the Leviathan is starting up or re-establishing the connection and during that time, no sound comes out. This is obviously quite annoying. Is there any way to turn off this behaviour?

Is it just me, or does the newest versions of the Hammerhead Earbuds/In Ear not look as classy as the more matte look of the classic 2019 version of the earbuds?

I have a problem. I dropped by mistake my razer airpods case in the toilet(razer hammerhead tws x).  I took it quickly and I cleaned it. Since then it has a blue light and it doesn't turn off. Does anyone what the blue light mean and what I have to do?

Recently i bought a barracuda x 2022 headset, everything works find but the 7.1 surround sound system seems doesn't work at all. I followed the procedure of downloading the 7.1 software, activating goes well but the software just doesn’t show my device. I tried to use wired, 2.4hz and bluetooth to connect my headphone but it all shows that 7.1 is not available, i even tried to reinstall new sound driver and update in my win 10 laptop, is there anything else i can try?My laptop is ROG zephyrus G15 2021 (GA503Q), win 10 22H2 

My boyfriend bought me the new Kraken kitties v2 pro and I was so excited to try them on but I have this issue with sidetone on my ps5, I can't turn it off and I keep hearing myself very loudly and its annoying and I can't find any option on my ps5 to turn it off or lower it.  They work perfectly fine and that's literally the only issue I  have with them I thought they were compatible with ps5 and I can hear both the game and vc perfectly, but I hear myself and I hate it.(I already tried turning it off on the razer synapse app and then plugging them in, it didn't work)Any suggestions? :(

I got my kraken kitty headphones back in may as a birthday gift, but having some issues as of august. The tip of the mic fell off, as well as audio cutting in and out. Tried to go through warranty support but every time I go through the motions and click to contact support, it takes me back to the beginning page. please help :’)

I recently purchased a pre-owned Razer Kraken headset, and I've encountered an audio issue where the left channel seems to be coming from the right side. When I test the right side, it functions correctly, but when I test the left side, the sound isn't exclusively on the left; it's somewhat distorted. I've attempted to adjust the balance settings in Windows, but unfortunately, this hasn't resolved the issue. Any suggestions on how to address this problem would be greatly appreciated.

My Razer True Wireless 2nd Gen. Right earbud is automatically turning off every 5 mins even though the earbuds is fully charge. How can i fix this or anyone encounter this kind of problem

Dear team RazerIm using Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2021 version.When I paring with my Laptop (ASUS TUF A15 FX506) its connected but cannot detected as sound output and input in my Laptop so I cannot use my hammerhead to my PC right now. Thanks for give me some advice later.

Annoying random beeping when trying to use.  Fully charged close to dongle.  Same issue as millions other posted all over internet with no answer or help.

I have had this headset for a only a few months at this point and I am very disappointed that my Razer products keep breaking. I’ve tried all of the support methods they recommend, in which case my fully charged headset will not output noise and doesn’t connect to my devices. It responds when I turn it on, but it doesn’t output the successful pair tone.It will continue to flash blue until I turn it off again.I’ve tried pairing it to other USB-C ports to see if that was the issue, and nothing helped. Please let me know how to resolve this issue, the headset was working perfectly before this and I’m starting to think that Razer products just break like this..
