Does the case for Airpods Gen 3 pro fits this TWS?

I purchased the THX Spatial Audio but the code that was provided by Razer doesn’t work. can I get my $19.99 back?

Hi, so i am very new to using razer equipment and recently bought a head set and noticed i have been given a code for the surround sound program so i decided that it would be a good idea to check out the program. Upon using the installer however i have found that i keep getting the same issue of server access unavailable, after hours of searching around i am yet to find a solution. I have tried allowing it through my firewall and restarting my pc to no avail, i then decided to check if it was just this program but i also found that the synaps program also doesn't want to download and comes back with the same message. Is there something i am missing? any advice is appreciated 

I have a hammerhead true wireless x. It pairs with my tablet and voice prompt says connected but there is no sound when playing mp3s or video. All my other bluetooth earphones can connect with this tablet. Only this razer is having issues on that tablet. I also tried connecting this razer on my phone and works just fine. Can someone please help. TIA

I am searching for a headset to buy, and after reading multiple online reviews, Razer's Blackshark V2 (with USB sound card) seems to be my top choice. However, I am uncertain about its surround sound capabilities. The product description states that it supports THX Spatial surround sound, but I am unsure of its meaning. For instance, if Apex Legends supports THX Spatial while Battlefield 5 does not, would I only receive stereo sound in the latter? Does the surround feature work exclusively in games that support THX Spatial?

years later that suggest I wasn't getting all i  could get from these awesome headphones. but after downloading alot of Razer software which i can say im not a huge fan of all of them running now have 15 days to either bay for something that i was led to believe would be razer showing why what they offer is a step above, but i refuse to pay to have what i thought already with the old software, help me so i can help you., should i not have embarked on this quest or will you just aid me upping my game with your amazing hardware. (unlike the trinity)

Ladies and Gentlemen I was excited to purchase the Leviathan V2 and hook it up to my PS5 and gaming monitor however, I cannot get the two to agree to work together. Is there a patch coming soon? Is Razor working with Sony to allow for Bluetooth connectivity or should I sell the speaker system and get something else? I really love the sound quality and compact size of the Razor but if it cannot connect then there is no need for me to keep it.

This is my first new hard disk drive (HDD) in the past 10 years. I have been using a Western Digital 1TB for nearly a decade. After installing this new 10TB HDD, I noticed a clicking sound, especially when running SeaTools.exe. When I shut down the PC, I can hear a slight grinding noise from the HDD immediately after the PC powers off.

I have bought a Kraken X, and its came with a activation Card Code, but a made a mess scraping this card and can't read the activation code and need a new one. When i will do it in the Support i receive this msg "Please register your device to continue with your surround sound code request." and i already register this... how can i take a new code ?

Hi all, so I've had my laptop for a bit over a year now and I just noticed I have two THX spatial choices for audio output. One being "Speakers - THX Spatial" the second being "Speakers - Realtek Audio Codec with THX Spatial" Now let me say, I know nothing about the different audio outputs. When I got my laptop, I just plugged my Blackshark v2 Pros in and never bothered with the audio since the headphones just worked. What's the difference between the two THX Spatial, which one should I be using for output? Thanks in advance and apologies for my ignorance

Hello, I received my Hammerhead Pro yesterday and they worked at the beginning, only after I made a software update they could not connect Bluetoot/RazerAudio and in many chats nobody could help me

currently having an issue with either my pc or headset, I think i accidentally deleted something important so now the barracuda doesnt show up for the "choose your output option" even tho its still connected and i can pause and play videos. It still has sound aswell since it worked on my phone when testing. Any ideas? I was really looking forward to this, and to test it out. I am afraid it was a major let down: It uses HRTF to down mix the 5.1 / 7,1 audio from games / or any audio source, Thus emulated surround sound, which is what I thought. HRTF is very good, I use HeSuVi, which has umpteen different HRTF pre-sets to choose from. and it is very good. But I just tested this THX Spatial audio from razer: Its a stand alone app, runs out side of Synapse (major Let down) The demo with in the app, to test the surround sound, after adjusting it, doesn't seem to work. As it goes round your head, the positioning of sound in the headset does not relate at all.. Very poor, compared to HeSuVi, Dolby Atmos App, and DTX Sound Unbound, or even windows spatial audio. There seems to be no positioning at all.. And the demo THX film on the last page, its a mess, nothing sounds where it should be. But i watch the same vid, using HeSuVi, then it is correct https://9apps.ooo/... THX should have just brought

Why does my headset randomly disconnect and reconnect? I would start there.

Is that the g pro x wireless? Does mic monitoring work with Razer Blackshark V2 pro Wireless on PS5? Let me know how you go with the Synapse thing.

Does any one have any suggestions which headset would be the best? Undecided between Razer Blackshark V2 pro(wireless).
