I have a friend with a Razer Kraken Kitty but there are strange issues happening which I cannot figure out.
One of the weirdest is that when she streams via Discord, her mic does not work. She can listen to us but we cannot hear her. We have checked her Discord and Windows audio settings and all points that the input is being delected.
Another thiing is constant cutoffs: She is talking and suddenly the audio cuts off in the middle of phrases. Its strange.
There are a few USB ports on her PC but she has tried a few. We have also attempted to a USB 2.0 extension cable just to rule out USB 3.0 interferance.
What else can she try?
