kraken v3 x too quiet

Hello, 

   If you are using the Kraken v3 headset on your PS5 and would like to increase the volume,

 few suggestions you can try this : 

       Headset volume control: Check if your Kraken v3 headset has a dedicated volume control. Some headsets have a volume wheel or buttons that allow you to adjust the volume directly on the headset itself. Make sure the volume is turned up to the maximum level.

     PS5 system settings: Go to the settings menu on your PS5 and navigate to the Sound menu. Check if the volume level is set to maximum. You can also try adjusting the audio output settings to see if it affects the volume.

i tried everything but nothing works the volume is too low on ps5

Dude! Just never buy their Headphones as its the most useless ever, its only good for PC as it has the 7.1 activation only for windows imagine, they still think only on windows and not MAC, not other OS. They are  backwards company. 
 

     Get a BEAT BY DRE and your problem is solved. Their HEADPHONE IS USELESS AND NOT LOUD AT ALL. 
 

the money they spent making big case and pack for it could be used to make a better headphones.

Guys, the volume dial ALSO CONTROLLS THE MICROPHONES VOLUME. Now me writing this in caps is not blaming you, but rather Razer for making dumb design like this. Now that you know this, make sure you turn down your system’s or game’s volume for the sake of your own ears...

Never use on any mobile device.  I have 3 kraken headsets and they sound like they are on half volume when volume is set to maximum.  They say they are multiplatform , but they truly only work on PC.  My cheap $10 headset is actually better when it comes to playing Delta Force Mobile.  Only if i could increase volume to maybe 300% and they would be normal. 

  I've tried everything possible and they just aren't very compatible with anything but PC.
