I have a problem with the drivers for the Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023. When I'm not in Discord, everything works. When I'm in Discord, everything runs smoothly if nobody is talking to me. If someone tries to talk to me, the headset completely escalates. Volume fluctuations from extremely quiet to extremely loud. I then can't hear the person I'm talking to at all. I can then see on the blue ring that the person is speaking in their name. But nothing works anymore. If I close the game (in this case Assetto Corsa Competizione), everything works again. Can anyone help me? Does anyone have a tip?
As it is at the moment, I'll probably have to send the headset back.
