Old lady needs help on what to buy for Tiamat 7

HI! I’m getting a new system made but want to make sure that what I end up with can work with the Tiamat 7 headset. I want the surround sound from Tiamat and the external audio controller assuming: 1. The external audio controller will let me switch from headset to speakers without reconfiguring every time 2. I can use chroma speakers as the external speakers I don’t understand what sound card to make sure they put in my new system. I’m in my late 60s and not very technical so I’m getting the pc built but want to make sure I give them good specs. I mostly only play elderscrolls online pvp and want it to sound amazing when i do. Plus, I LOVE the whole RGB lights thing.
