I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times now with nothing changing. I have ran it in admin mode and it still wont let me use it, I tried to run it in compatibility mode and it still wont work. My pc is a 64-bit system, so that shouldn't be an issue.
In the debug I get this error over and over again.
[1209/124735.207:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)
*This is a repost, I was not sure if I should have needed to posted this in Razer Support or here in Audio to receive help, first time on the forum*

Anyone find a solution to this? having the same issue
i have the same issue
This has to do with the files for the surround sound app being installed in the admin’s appdata/Local/Razer folder. If you are a secondary user on the system, you need to run as admin for it to work OR copy the admin’s appdata/Local/Razer folder to your own appdata/Local/Razer folder.

this worked for me, I have another user account and moved the Razer folder to my current user account.
