Razer Barracuda X not connecting

Hi,

I bought this headset last year but started using it only recently.

When I connect it via jack to my PC, I can hear music but the mic doesn’t work. Depending on which port I use with the jack (whether I use the adapter or not too), the sound quality varies.

The headset won’t connect via USB (through an adapter), type-C or bluetooth at all, tried on PC, laptop, android phone and android tablet. Tried various ports on the PC as well. When trying to connect via bluetooth, I hear a beep when I turn it on and off but the device remains undiscoverable no matter what I try. 

The LED light on the headset blinks green.

 

Any ideas what I can do or what is wrong?

Hi,

I also have the problem that the sound only comes from the left side of the Headset when I connect it to my Phones USB-C. Hope to get a solution soon…

 

And for you maybe you can check the settings they wrote on their Website? Hope it helps!
