IMO, the best Razer’s headset, now equipped with Bluetooth also has USB-C charging port right now.

Any idea when the 2023 version will be released in Europe? :3

Hello.

I bought my son a Blackshark v2 X headset for his birthday. It works fine on his X Box (both headphones and mic), but on his Nintendo Switch (his main gaming device) although the headphones work, the mic doesn’t.

I’ve looked on the settings page of the Switch, and there’s nothing there relating to headsets or headset mics.

We’ve tested his old headset - a different brand - on the Switch and the mic works fine.

Any advice how to fix this please?

Thanks in advance.

NICE!

Hello, I'm waiting mine to be delivered, pretty excited.

Light me up, as I do not own a PC,

I will be using this one on ps5, I have no clue will I be able to use razer synapse? Is it on android also or something?

Hi Razer/Community,

I am uncertain if this have actually been asked before, as i couldn’t find any support at all on such use case.

How can we interface Blackshark V2 Pro (audio and mic) to an Audio Mixer(All my audio goes through the audio mixer(pc,ps5 e.t.c)). The requirements must be that the headset communicate wirelessly via 2.4Ghz(low latency) and not Bluetooth (Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 which has an option for Bluetooth).

if there is such an option to do so, can Razer or the community respond to share such an architecture and the BOM(Bill of Materials) for such a setup, make model accessories as such for such a setup.

As a fellow BlackShark V2 enjoyer, I love to see a Pro version drop. Obviously this comes with a bit of a jump in price, but seeing how great the non-Pro version has been for me, and how well it’s been reviewed, the wireless component that makes it also more compatible with mobile devices, on top of being more mobile itself, means quite a few Razer enthusiasts are gonna wanna snatch this one up!

I have the new one, in white. It’s been pretty solid. My issue is it appears that virtually every other headset from razer gives you an activation code for the THX 7.1. There is no scratch off card for code nor do you get emailed one once you register this product. When requesting a new code by submitting the serial number it says “Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.” It’s quite disappointing to drop around $200 and not get a free activation code, especially when many of their other headsets do come with one. Am I missing something? I have the Blackshark V2 Pro White Edition (RZ04-0453)

So I heard one review and he said, If you are listening to music and you surf the web and come across a website that has a video ad or something playing it will mute the music to play what’s on the site. Is this true?

I was wondering if this headset (Blackshark V2 pro 2023) is compatible with Xbox Series X and does it come with a dongle? If I connect wire does it work on Xbox controller elite series 2?

this headset is a joke

The sound quality on the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) is not what I expected. I’m a little disappointed. I guess for $200 I was expecting better sound quality. Maybe I need to spend $1000 with a different brand.
