razer blackshark v2 pro2023 audio problem

I just bought razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 and everytime when I enter discord chat my audio reverse I have no idea what happen, I try different way to fix it but still cant ,Is there any solution? Pls tell me if anyone know

Hi @Po5121314,

 

What do you mean by your audio will reverse every time you enter Discord chat? Does the audio output changes from headset to speakers? Can you also PM me the serial number of your device so I can verify its model and check my resources for steps to help you resolve the problem.

hi i have a same problem when i am calling with friend on discord i can listen the game but not them or i cant listen game and can listen them is there any fix please ?
