The surround sound feature on the Razer Electra V2 USB is activated in Razer Synapse 2.0. Please ensure that you have downloaded and installed Razer Synapse 2.0.

An activation code is required to register 7.1 surround sound. You can find this with the purchase of the supporting headsets above.
