Razer Hammerhead BT can't pair with Razer Phone

Last a few month ago I was buy razer hammerhead bt for pair with my razer phone.First when I was unboxing hammerhead bt and pair with my razer phone is not any problem,it is cool and amazing audio sound.But after 3 or 4 months suddenly getting lose signal with phone and hammerhead bt.So I will try to unpair and pair again.A bit difficulty for connect each other,I will try to do many thing reference for internet.I get is back to pair because I was factory reset my razer phone.
Then a few week after getting lose signal again with phone and hammerhead bt.Same I was try many thing for pair each other.A lost of time trying,a lost of time factory reset my phone.totally can't connect each other this time.
Getting confuse my phone(Razer) can pair other device, my new hammerhead bt can pair with other device.For example: hammerhead bt connect with macbookair,it is Ok,my phone pair with buletooth speaker it is Fine.
Why this Razer phone and Razer hammerhead Bt can't connect or can't pair each other.
I really said and heard pain for about that condition.
Anyone help me suggestion what can I do for that !!!!!!

What happend when you connect them to other phone and when you make a factory reset you backup phone ?

there seems to be an extra step to get the Razer phone to pair with any blue tooth items, make sure it is scanning at the same time as the headset, I had small problem with it the firs time I got mine going.

Have you tried to pair the headphone with another phone? to see if the same thing happens.
If it does then it could be the headphones? are they still within the 2 yr warranty? if so, i'd raise a case with Razer.

Have you tried to pair the headphone with another phone? to see if the same thing happens.

I was pair with iphone,it is working and can listening songs,my phone also pair with buletooth speaker it is also working.That why i getting confuse both device working at individually.Can't pair each other

yes,it is working when i pair with iphone.


I have a Pixel2XL, I had issues with my BT Hammerheads running on Android Oreo.
Had to make the phone forget them on a number occasions due to them not connecting properly.

Hiya,

Have you tried removing the old connection if you still have it and try and re connect the BT Connection? I had an issue with my wireless skullcandys did not connect and I had to remove and then re add it, in the end I managed to connect to it after leaving it for some weird reason it did not seem to connect.
