Hello sir, i need help because my Razer hammerhead pro bluetooth earphone can't charge (left earbuds) it's been 1 day i use it again and did'nt charge. pls help thankyou

I order these and start using sound is good but when i used dongle right ear piece drain more battery than left one like left one is 60% right one is 30% after use note at start both were 100% replaced with new one also facing same problem with it. Is it manufacturing fault or what?
