Razer hammerhead pro HYPERSPEED Please help me....

Hello, I purchased a used Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed from an app called 11st. It was brand new. After updating the firmware in the Razer Audio app, I tried to use it, but the right earbud stopped working. The battery was 100% charged. Please help.
