Razer kraken te problems
So i just got myself a razer kraken TE and i was forced to download the new razer synapse app, and i seem to struggle a bit here, my kraken isn't working perfectly smooth..the mic keeps cutting off at times and doesn't pick up every word i'm saying and it also isn't canceling out much of the ambient sound at times, if anybody knows the best setup for both gaming,music and chatting it would be a big help..plus i probably have done something on the controller because there is a button that isn't displayed on the headset menu about what it does and i have been playing with it

try and tinker with the mic sensitivity for the cutting out problem. I don't own a kraken but are you certain you cant use synapse 2 for it?
If you can't manage to get it to run smoothly you could rather hold onto it and wait for a synapse update, send it back or do the full uninstalling of synapse 3 trick, other users have guides for that, I'd refer to one of these before doing anything.

If you dont any other synapse 3 device yyou can use synapse 2 :P Synapse 3 when is installed on pc search for every compatibile device and pick it up in this case move headset to it. For your issue start with new profile with factory settings and try it how it perform next thing you can cheack is connect headset to difrent pc and cheack if your windows settings or corrupted file/app dont give you issue.

Yes you can but you must know that device will show on synapse when synapse 3 is not install on pc. If you dont have devices that use synapse 3 you can switch without any problem :)

puggyy1On both synapse you can but if you want sorround app from razer to more customize sound then it's only synapse 2 support.

I found out where some of the problems came from, it was the synapse 2 launcher that wouldn't be installed with synapse 3....mistake on my end plus i forgot to mention that all my other razer stuff got transported over to synapse 3 and made synapse 2 unusable and that i got forced installation window for synapse 3 after i connected my Kraken TE
