I’m using the Razer Kraken V3 Pro and Synapse 4 seems to be connected with my headset, however it says it is powered off. I press and hold the power button until the green light appears and flashes. This green light I’m assuming means that the headset is powered on. However Synapse still says the device is powered off, and I cannot hear audio. I’ve been stuck on this issue for weeks. (Also the dongle is plugged in securely)
I’ve updated the firmware, the pairing system, the drivers, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse.
I’ve made sure all audio is on and the device is set to default.
I would find it really helpful if I could see that green light turn to a red light which I assume means it is powered off.
Except despite holding the power button for much longer than necessary, I can’t seem to power off my headset.
Yet at the same time, Synapse 4 thinks it is already powered off and can never seem to register it being on.
I’m open to any ideas, please let me know any suggestions or solutions. And if you guys are stumped, does anybody have a link to customer support with an actually employee? I’ve already gone through all of the videos and articles that Razer has to offer on my headset and audio issues. None of them have worked.
