I have a Razer Kraken V3 X, I don't have the box, so I can't find the Product number that starts with 'RZ' . But I have the Serial Number that’s behind the left Earcup, I have removed the ear cushion but not found any Product Number.
So I can not register my product to get the 7.1 feature. What to do ?
