so i don't know how but my dongle for my Razer Nari Ultimate's is not connecting and it just connects for a split second and then goes out just as fast over and over again and i was wondering what i should do to get it fixed because it works perfectly fine with the cord and i cant find anything online to resolve this issue

Yes i have the same issues with mine. I connected a headset cable with the round port to my pc so now i can at least hear sounds, mic still doesnt work though.
