Razer Opus X with mono audio after join a call in discord

Hi guys, I have a Razer Opus X and I noticed that the audio is mono when I join a call on discord . This makes me lose the sense of direction in the game and the audio quality drops a lot.
When I'm not on a call, the audio works normally in stereo.
I tested it on two different PCs, one with Windows 10 and the other with Windows 11 and the same issue happens. I tested it in a Teams call and the issue also replicates, so it's not something that only happens in a discord call.

Does anyone have the same issue or know how to solve it?

Based on the symptoms you have described, it seems that there might be a software or driver issue with your headset. You may want to check if there are any updates available for your headset's drivers or firmware. This can often be done through the manufacturer's website or software.

Another thing you could try is checking the audio settings in Discord and Teams to ensure that the audio input and output settings are configured correctly for your headset. Make sure that the selected audio input and output devices are set to your Razer Opus X, and that they are set to stereo instead of mono.

Lastly, you could try resetting your headset to its factory settings. This can often be done by holding down a specific button combination for a certain amount of time. Refer to your headset's user manual for instructions on how to do this.

If none of the above steps solve the issue, I would recommend reaching out to Razer's customer support team for further assistance, as it may be a hardware issue with the headset itself.

I also have the same problem, when I tried to change it into stereo, I simply cannot hear any single thing, do you already fixed this issue?
