Razer Surround Pro versus Razer 7.1 Surround Sound

So, I don't actually own a Razer Headset but I have purchased Razer Surround Pro and has been using it just fine. Yesterday I had to reinstall my OS and for my surprise, I can only find the installer of the new Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software, that I can't use because I don't have a serial number. The question is: shouldn't Razer Surround Pro users be able to use Razer 7.1 Surround Sound? If not, where can I purchase a serial for Razer 7.1 Surround Sound? And where can I find the installer for Razer Surround Pro in the mean time, considering I currently can't use Razer 7.1 Surround Sound at all?

Same issue here tbh ... I had to re-install and now cannot use the old Razer surround with the older verison on Synapse I had before... I've logged a support ticket. You also can't seem to BUY razer surround anywhere ( managed to get a key off G2A) but that seems to be the standard RazerSurround 7.1 as I can't see any of the older toggles I had before for Bass / EQ etc etc. Super frustrating when I had purchased Razer surround previously having to do this because support is taking ages to get back to me :( PS: Don't own a Razer headset either and this has been working for me for several years up until now... RazerSurround 7.1 sounds flat and empty with you extra EQ and Bass tbh :( so money spent I probably won't get any value out of.
