For some reason, my razer Kraken X is not appearing on the razer synapse software. This is actually my second Kraken X as the first developed this really annoying crackling noise after a couple of weeks. But for whatever reason, it just won't come up. I have tried to manually sink it and it appears on the chrome devices page but not on the actual software. Does anyone know what I could try to solve this issue?
