I used my 7.1 surround sound activation code when I first bought my headset, literally 3 weeks ago. Today I had to reinstall windows and now I have to reactivate the software but it won’t let me use my activation code. Is there any way I can ask for a new code due to the circumstances or is my only option to pay for it?
Edit: Turns out I’m an idiot and downloaded thx spatial audio instead of 7.1 surround sound, learn from my mistakes I guess.
