When I put in my product serial code to get the activation code for surround sound it just come up with a message that says "The 7.1 Surround Sound Code is not available, please click here for more information." When I try to get a new code it does the same thing again. Anyone know a fix?

I have the same issue , the link says enter serial number then says not available for your product and takes me back to the beginning. stuck in an endless loop.

To answer my own question, once you register your product for warranty they eventually send you an activation code. The site instructions are terrible and incorrect.
i did my registry procedure and the sent my only this...
it did take a few hours to come through for me.
confirmation of my reg is from 12th 09:31 PM so in next 3h itll be 24h ALREAD. i should have bought Logitech 935.
I have exactly the same issue, did you get help since then? I've been doing this for an hour now, and I can't seem to find any help
Once registered, I didn't get any sort of confirmation, just a code a few hours later. Very frustrating.
