THX SPATIAL AUDIO not working

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but whenever I shut down or restart my computer THX app just crashes and does not detect any apps. The only way I can fix this and do this every time I boot up my laptop is to go into "add or remove programs", click on uninstall THX and then repair the app through their app https://9apps.ooo/. Tried to contact support by writing through the THX SPATIAL AUDIO feedback but even that does not work D:. Wanted to ask if anyone else has had or has this problem and knows a fix because for the last few months I have been doing this and it is getting quite annoying.
