I recently bought a new Blackshark V2 X from Aliexpress which seems to be fully authentic and works but I can’t register my product with the serial number due to it being already registered before. Is there a way that I could receive a different serial number to register since I want to be able to use the features such as the 7.1 surround sound. Thank you.

Third-party resellers like AliExpress are not listed as Razer's authorized stores. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. You can visit this link: https://www.razer.com/store-finder to check the nearest stores where you can buy genuine Razer products. I can double-check just to be sure.
