I recently bought a new Blackshark V2 X which seems to be authentic and works but I can’t register my product with the serial number due to it being already registered before. I want to be able to use the features such as the 7.1 surround sound. Thank you.

There’s a high chance that you have purchased a counterfeit device. Let me double-check it just to be sure. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the registration.
