unable to register my headphones

Hello dear razer support team, I recently purchased the Blackshark V2 x headphones, but when I registered it, I realized that the device was already registered, and now I can't use the 7.1 channel sound feature. Please guide me. Thank you.

I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number HN2121D13401903 was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed. Where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
