USB sound card not working

After Synapse update it stopped working, Synapse recognizes the usb sound card but there is no sound. I can't play a test sound on it even in Windows settings, but when I remove the usb sound card and connect it to the normal aux connection it gives normal sound

I’ve got it to work, you have to re-enable Razer USB Sound Card on Windows system settings>sound>All sound devices. I’ve got another issue after the update with sound stuttering when the PC is in heavy load, don’t know if anyone is going through the same.

As anyone found a fix for this? I just got the Blackshark v2 with the synapse and it doesn’t have audio. If I plug it with the jack cord it gives audio, but then I cant use the microphone, is there anyone with a fix, a place where razer support can help me?? I need the microphone working ASAP...

in windows go to sound setting → click on razer usb sound card → turn off audio enhancement

Great, but know the audio sounds like it’s under water. What can I do to fix this?

Maybe changing format in the same page help you

Turning off “Audio enhancements” (im my case “THX Spatial Audio” worked for me. Thank you so much 😀

Seriously how is this a solution? So now we just have regular headsets with zero ability to use the THX since audio enhancements are off? Might as well just not even use the sound card then
