Will Tiamat 2.2 Ear Pads work for Tiamat 7.1?

Hello everyone,

I bought my Tiamat 7.1 V2 around two years ago, and my ear pads leather started to wither off. I tried looking for a replacement but I could not find any on the internet nor on razer's store. The ones I found on the internet were really badly reviewed so I didn't try to bother with them. However, I did find Tiamat 2.2 Ear Pads on the razercare store and I am wondering if those will work with my Tiamat 7.1?
