Hello
I am experiencing an audio issue with my BlackShark V2 Pro (original/older model) on Windows 11.
The Windows Volume Mixer does not work correctly. When I change the volume using the Volume Mixer, the volume sometimes changes several seconds later, and sometimes does not change at all. Even when the volume has changed correctly, if I stop playback and start it again, the audio briefly plays at 100% volume before changing to the selected volume.
The EQ and other audio settings in Razer Synapse work normally.
However, I found that if I disable “Audio enhancements” under Windows Sound Properties, the Windows Volume Mixer works correctly. Unfortunately, when I do this, the EQ and other audio features in Razer Synapse stop working.
I have already tried the following, but the issue persists:
Restarting Windows
Reinstalling Razer Synapse
Using Razer's cleanup tool
Reinstalling the audio drivers
I have uploaded a video showing the issue on YouTube. Please take a look to see exactly what is happening:

Also, I would like to mention that I used this ChatGPT feature to translate this message from Japanese into English.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you for your assistance.
