I got a new headset and connected it to the usb port on my computer for it to charge, when it’s charging it turns on but the minute I disconnect it to use the wireless function it’s dead. I already returned it and ordered a new pair in case it was a factory problem but it’s the same thing with the new one. It will only turn on while charging.
I should mention that my pc didn’t have bluetooth so I had to get it with a usb, I don’t know if this has to do with the issue but i’ve already tried everything from deleting the device on the computer, installing it again, using the repair tool, deactivating the option of saving battery, EVERYTHING. please help me 😭😭😭
