Hello, since Support Team keep telling me that i should open a thread here i’m posting this:
After latest Razer Synapse update (BETA) my keyboard freezes, mostly when ingame - i think i have this issue since last month(Feb 13). I can hear windows sound of my device being disconnected - while it's happening my keyboard just freeze on one button and the rest just do not respond. For example: my character is walking on the rigt because of ifninite 'D' key input and i cannot alt+tab myself from the game to reset synapse. My only fix is disconnecting keyboard from USB and then reconnecting. I spotted that at the time i'm reconnecting usb there is a event in device mangager that shows my keyboard driver was just installed. I reinstalled all drivers marked as Razer, event those for mouse but it didn't solve my problem.

1) When did this issue first occur? Did it work fine before? Please specify the Date if possible.
I think it started to happen around 13th February 2026 - i googled it day after because problem reocurred ;).
I didn't had similar issue, it worked perfectly fine before.
2) Does this issue happen with all of the apps/games? If not, could you please specify which app/game is having the issue?
I think it happens only if I use app/game that is listed in razer synapse to detect profile change - so games mostly.
3) Does this issue persist without Synapse running in the background?
Well, i like to have synapse open because of the profiles so I didn't test it yet :|
4) May I know if there are any troubleshooting steps that you’ve already tried?
I tried to
-change USB from monitor hub to motherboard USB 3.2 slots directly,
-uninstall all razer named devices from device manager and reinstall them
but with no progress :(
For now I uninstalled Razer Synapse (BETA), ran Razer Driver Cleanup and installed it again.
Since im not sure how to reproduce this error i will test it by playing :|

Okay, so I'm coming back today with information that reinstalling Razer Synapse with running Razer Driver Cleanup beetween - didn't work.
But when the problem occured again, I was able to exit Razer Synapse (my Razer mouse was still working and I was playing in windowed mode) - after exiting Synapse my keyboard unfrozen.

When closing Razer Synapse BETA task or disconnecting and reconnecting USB my keyboard unfroze.
Installing prod version of Razer Synapse 4 resolved my problem.

I really like BETA version because of workshop and I would like to test it further, but I guess I need to wait for next update.
