I bought a lot of cards with you guys and never worked I’ll stop it 

To explain further, Syn3’s “reactive” effect had it so the reacting key would change its color to w/e you set it to then slowly fade to black and then jump to w/e the default color would be - wasn’t smooth at allThe release version of Syn4 changed the effect to instead fade from the chosen reactive color to w/e color it overlapped - a smooth transition.The beta version of Syn4 no longer does this.

I’m using a Razer BlackWidow V3 on Razer Synapse 4 (version 4.0).Every time I try to upload a Chroma profile to Workshop, nothing happens after clicking Upload. There is no error, no confirmation, and nothing gets posted.This issue happens consistently.I have already submitted a support case with logs and video.Details:Device: Razer BlackWidow V3 Synapse version: 4.0Steps:Open Workshop upload Fill out title and description Click Upload Nothing postsIs this a known issue with Workshop uploads in the current Synapse 4 beta?

The mouse wheel and left and right buttons stopped working. Different keyboard actions were assigned (pressing right divides). The beta version is from March.

hi i just started using razer syanpse insider, i trhe devices and modules i have a firmware update for my razer basilisk v3 pro version 2.50.3.0 and i cant find a way to update it.

Hello, since Support Team keep telling me that i should open a thread here i’m posting this:After latest Razer Synapse update (BETA) my keyboard freezes, mostly when ingame - i think i have this issue since last month(Feb 13). I can hear windows sound of my device being disconnected - while it's happening my keyboard just freeze on one button and the rest just do not respond. For example: my character is walking on the rigt because of ifninite 'D' key input and i cannot alt+tab myself from the game to reset synapse. My only fix is disconnecting keyboard from USB and then reconnecting. I spotted that at the time i'm reconnecting usb there is a event in device mangager that shows my keyboard driver was just installed. I reinstalled all drivers marked as Razer, event those for mouse but it didn't solve my problem. //case update//1) When did this issue first occur? Did it work fine before? Please specify the Date if possible.I think it started to happen around 13th February 2026 - i google

Current version of Chroma very slow taking up a lot of resources. Much better on Beta. Missing some fixes you did for me though. Anyway. Trying to share Tartarus pro profiles and it's not an option. I have very aggressive power settings on my mouse because I also have hyperflux v2. 100%  brightness. Long sleep timer. Lowest setting for battery warning. No smart polling. Would these be shared too? I did a profile under Apex Legends for the 35k. Sounds scary if it were done without hyperflux. Almost like there should be a warning.

For mobile devices, when you are connected to office, we keep our mobile devices like mouse and keyboard. Only when going to meeting room will we use the mouse. But seldom will we check the battery status and for full day meetting, the mouse may not last if battery level is under 10%. Was having an intensive meeting week and this somehow disrupted my meeting presentation.This mouse device disappear when not switched on. So I may not be able to check the battery status at my cubicle even if the mouse is switched off.As this mouse is only used for this laptop, it will be great to:track the switched off mouse “last battery level” to prepare for the next meeting where required. Currently it is only shown with mouse is switched on. Warn with a custom battery level on the Razer icon if any of the devices is below e.g. 30%. The color of razer icon can change to orange OR red!!! This will be a subtle feature.    

Please add date in the razer cortex, in game, custom display.I really like the in game, custom display, it is clean and over all useful. I use it alot. As a gamer who likes to screenshot alot, I want to have a date displayed at my screen, so when I can scroll to my pictures that I screen shotted the screen, I can see the date of the pictures. I know I can just look at the properties or other options but other options take time. Please also add other options like it display the month in letters and not just numbers.It will also be useful to other gamers like me who just randomly forgot the date of today so I have to open my phone. P.S add seconds at the time. Thank you for spending your time reading this. <3

Hey everyone!I’ve been looking to get the Razer x Battlefield 6 skin and I saw that some Razer products that include the code are also being sold on Amazon and other stores.My question is — if I buy one of those products outside of the official Razer store, like on Amazon, will I still receive the Battlefield 6 Razer skin code?Has anyone here tried it before or knows if it still works that way?Thanks in advance!
