The "Reactive" effect has regressed to it's Synapse 3 version

To explain further, Syn3’s “reactive” effect had it so the reacting key would change its color to w/e you set it to then slowly fade to black and then jump to w/e the default color would be - wasn’t smooth at all

The release version of Syn4 changed the effect to instead fade from the chosen reactive color to w/e color it overlapped - a smooth transition.

The beta version of Syn4 no longer does this.
