I was thinking of picking up the Ripsaw HD to stream my PS4/Xbox gameplay. I have seen people having issues with OBS and was wondering if there have been updates to fix this?

Hello, I wrote in to support but never recieved an answer so I figured I'd try the support forums. I'm wondering if I can connect 3 Razer Kiyo's to my Windows 10 machine running OBS and be able to recognize/control all three with zoom/pan options in the Synapse software? The key is, I need it to remember and store these settings so I don't have to redo them every time I restart my OBS. Thanks for your help.

I've have just recently got the new razer ripsaw and I seem to have a problem with picking up recording of the party chat. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this

Hi everyone, I received my Razer Ripsaw HD yesterday and I cant get it to work with my Nintendo Switch. Everythings seems to work fine: It shows up in Razer Synapse and I can even select it as my video capture device in obs/slobs but it shows only a blackscreen. Im using an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core processor and the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB as my gpu. Any ideos on how to fix this problem?

Is this compatible yet with Mac? I bought it to use on my husband's pc for when I stream on the pc, but I use my Mac for content creation. I liked how the camera looks on the pc, so thought I would plug it into the Mac. This is highly disappointing that it does not work. FYI: there are a lot of content creators that use Macs. This camera is good, but Razer is closing themselves off from the non-gaming market by only having this pc friendly. It's pretty irritating, but par for the course when it comes to Razer.

when i go for reload razer gold.. it showed every time reload failed..i use my mastercard

Can someone post a screenshot of the Windows device manager similar to my picture here just to confirm that the Ripsaw indeed installs a USB 2.0 MTT Hub for some of the devices and only the the Ripsaw HD HDMI is USB 3.0. My issue is that i get a picture in OBS if i use USB 2.0 port but i get no picture using USB 3.0 port.

Hi, What happened to support for Stargazer. It appears to have been completely scrubbed from your website. And I see that Intel has dropped all support for the hardware it's based on. I was excited to buy one and did in good faith that it was supported. I spent $200 on a camera and should have chosen another. I worked w/Support to try to get it to work and it was a waste of money. /setting-up-razer-stargazer.16853/page-2#post-338251 This is very disappointing as I have always loved Razer products. I have a naga trinity, orbweaver, Blackwidow keyboard. What recourse are you offering the people who bought one? Is this a 'we'll make it right' or a 'sorry you got burned' situation?

So I guess this is more of a suggestion to Razer but also maybe something I can "hack" together. When I first got into streaming I got a Hyperx Quadcast. One of the main reasons I got it was due to the look of it and that it had the red lighting on it to indicate when it was on. I'd love to see a mic come out eventually that has an RGB option. I can think of some really cool ways that the RGB from a mic could be used for streamers to add a little more flair to their stream if you are able to see the mic!

So I've got a fairly beefy Gaming pc that i used to stream on but have lately been using NDI with my laptop as my streaming device but the video quality isnt where I want it. It's still a bit hazy at times. I invested in the ripsaw but I cant seem to figure out how to get it to work with my Gaming pc and Streaming pc. I currently run a 1440p 144hz monitor with only display port and no DVI port i my graphics card and i have tried the OBS method where you preview screen onto the virtual monitor (being the ripsaw) but when i enter a game, it become VERY laggy. I've tried both display and game capture independantly but the gameplay is very laggy, except for games like Overwatch and OSU, but since i mainly play Apex and R6S on stream, it doesnt seem to work. Any help would be appreciated! P S. I use streamlabs OBS on my streaming laptop but regular OBS on my gaming PC.

so I recently bought the ripsaw he, I’ve been running the hd60s for about a year now and never had any issues with capturing smooth footage before, now the new card is having serious lag and freezing issues. I’ve tried changing every setting in a multitude of ways, tried different recording software, slobs, obs and elgato game capture and they all have the same issues. The pass through for 4K is working fine and I’m not dropping any frames according to the frame counters, not sure if it’s a card problem or a software issue but any help or advice would be appreciated.

Everything works great video wise. I'm not getting any audio from my ps4 to OBS.

This texture in Nier:Automata is breaking the ripsaw MJPEG compression wherever it is used in the game. 1. There is no distortion on the pass through 2. This is 100% reproducible 3. It's this texture anywhere in the game (stone ground). 4. It happens with OBS, OBS studio, A very old OBS version 0.6beta, XSPLIT and Action. 5. It happens in the preview and the recordings. I have ordered a second ripsaw to confirm and it should arrive on Monday. I will test with that one to rule out a faulty device. Any idea what this is Razer? Was it done deliberately by the Nier Artist?

I have tried to change many setting from Frames to resolution and I am still getting major lagging and freezing each time I turn on OBS/Xplit. Has anyone found a resolution for this issue?

I am highly frustrated right now - as I have bought several items now and nothing fits.. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L3LL95O/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 is the boom arm I have... I have no idea what size piece needs to go into the razer sieren X .. I have have bought several adapters now.. and none of them go into the Razer Sieren... I know the boom arm uses a 5/8th... Any help would be appreciated. Any updazte here? Come on now Razer.. 1K worth of products.
