My razer kraken 7.1 v2 mic sounds robotic

Ever since i updated the razer synapse ive had problems like that and its to the point i almost wanna return them

Can you cheack the record quality you have in windows for this headset ? Just go to record sound devices and select your headset microphone then right click and properties last tab there you will have record quality for your microphone if you have the best just exit if you dont change it to dvd and hit save.

Here you go just go to last card called "Advenced" and change the bit rate of microphone to the best quality you have there.
