Does the Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition only have vibration on the right side?

I just got the “Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition” today. I tried using it with Forza Motorsport on PC, but it feels off. It seems like the controller only vibrates on the right side. I also tested the vibration using other built-in controller test functions, and it still feels like only the right side is vibrating. Is this a design feature of this controller, a defect, or a possible initial malfunction?

I naturally assumed that the product supports impulse triggers with vibration functions on both the left and right triggers, but that might not be the case…
