Razer your new pad with the newest version of the firmware is not working. Can you tell us what are you going to do with that? Bluetooth is unusable.

For me it's working like a charm (last ver. of the product bought a few days ago).
Why is razer not announcing all users? There are too many problems. Busy people have no time to respond individually. Please announce the official opinion of razer whether it is fixed with firmware or mechanical malfunction.
Give me my money back or update this shit because now it is worthless

Give me back my money. It is my 4th replacement and you are not answering to my emails!

Take a look at this piece of s...

Did you tried new device with 1.04 firmware? Did it work for you?

I don't have the firmware unfortunately. It seems like the firmware is already built in to the new batch.
Still awaiting for a download for that
I received my controller (Raiju TE) from Amazon on Thursday. Had a whole bunch of problems with performance, with the controller acting like it had a mind of it’s own. I updated to version 1.3 of the firmware and it “seemed” to fix the problem. But after playing for a while, the same “controller from hell” returned. I was playing a comp match in Overwatch, and the controller went haywire, where I hardly control movement. I’ve decided to return it amazon for a refund. It’s a shame, but except for the fact it’s not functional, I love the controller.

The Controller now is still in "disgusting" mode to me as the firmware updates still has not solved the "Drifting" issue which many users here including me have encountered.

I guess I have to use my default PS4 controller for now xD.
I sincerely you wish for other Razer products instead of this one for now...

Nice controller but I would like you to make a ps4 controller with 6 remappable buttons.
Do you know any "success stories" with Razer Raiju UE or TE? About controller without any issues...

Looking over the internet and reading this forum - I can't find any one.. It looks even after replacement - there are issues on new controller..
Do you know anyone who does not have any issue after buying or warranty replacement?

Do you know what worries me the most? That the behaviour changes if turning on another bluetooth device. It can get better, it can get worse, it seldom stays the same. Given we're at week 10 or whatever it is since launch one thing is clear - either Razer the company are completely deluded and straight up lack the skills, or their Management team think problems like this can just be ignored and will eventually go away. It has to be one or the other and either possibility seriously damages their brand. I mean how can this be ok? How can their CEO not be putting together a team of 50 people to fix this? Or paying top dollar to get Sony to fix it? I just struggle to comprehend the business logic being used here.

Once for me it was Razer first then everything else. Heck I'm using the original Diamondback to this day, half my room is Razer. This issue really, really frustrates me and I'm not sure my loyalty will ever be the same..
I do believe it is a hardware error. Request a global recall from Razer if not release your fix.
It will be my 3th replacement. I hope it is only firmware error. Unfortunately there is no update right now.

It is working on Bluetooth with everything. It is not working only while in USB mode and only l2. I had raiju first version also, perfect pad.

might have faulty version 😕 would hope not. the service for getting things replaced or refunded is horrible and loooooong

Guys could someone check one thing for me? Does hair trigger works well when connected to your PS4 by USB and in USB mode? My stop working while I put him to USB mode on L2.

When will the Raiju come to the US? it seems to only be sold in the eastern hemisphere.

Hi

I have the original Raiju and looking at the Ultimate because of the wireless and thumbsticks. Can you configure the controller with a normal left concave stick and a taller right dome stick? Thanks

Sorry, not an official, but it looks like you're out of luck. While both Raiju and Wolverine's sticks are interchangeable, the tall sticks they included seem to be concave based on images. You could explore looking into third-party thumbstick caps that'll make the tall sticks feel more dome-like, but it doesn't seem like you'll find that option through Razer.

>Switches the tried and true back triggers for paddles instead.
>But its the first wireless gamepad from Razer in a long while.
Conflicted.
