Come on Razer. We have to go through this again? Still? I didn’t return the V2 Chroma and was pleasantly surprised when you guys actually put out a firmware/software update to adjust/remove the baked-in deadzone. I switched back to an Elite Series 2 while I waited for a the better part of a year but it was eventually resolved. I figured since it was such a big point of contention for users (big enough that you actually fixed it) that surely this would be a thing of the past going forward. And yet, here we are…on a $250 controller. I know the price is steep but I really do prefer your controller designs. I like the extra shoulder buttons, I appreciate the center placement of the back paddles, and the new triggers are wonderful. It’s a shame that we find ourselves back where we started with a ridiculous built-in deadzone that was probably put back in just to avoid having to further update the phone app. You’re marketing this as a pro controller, charging a premium, and expect the people

Anyone know where I can replace the rubber feet on my Blade stealth? The rubber pieces on the bottom of the laptop that help it stop from sliding around? Seems like they’re not for sale anywhere, and my product is out of warranty so there’s no support from Razer.

Good day, Quick question: the dongle for these earbuds connect to USB-C.  I want to use it with my PSVR2 who is already connected to the USB-C port.  Will the dongle work with an adapater and connected to the USB A port ? (regular USB)

OK, I have the razer kraken that is usb. I want to plug it in to my controller so I can sit farther away from the TV. But I haven't found anything that seems to work. Any suggestions?

I'm hoping to get clarification and recommendations for a docking station. I have the Razor Blade 14 2021 with 3070GPU and looking for a docking station. I'm confused about 1) if I can use a thunderbolt dock. I know the laptop doesn't support thunderbolt but keep seeing people say they used thunderbolt docks?? 2) why are there huge price differences between different docks with almost identical specs. Why are some $80 and others $350? What am I missing?  I need to dock for the usual peripheral keyboard, mouse, audio out, sd card reader, ethernet and monitor. I'll be getting a new monitor so flexible on what video port is needed on the dock. I think it needs to have 100w PD from what I've read elsewhere. I'll only be using one monitor and don't game at all if that matters. I am a heavy Adobe user (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) .  I'd like to spend as little as possible and is why I haven't bought the Razor dock.  Any help demystifying this and/or recommendations on a low cost dock

L1 key doesn't work either, I already assigned L1 key to M1 key, but L2 key doesn't work but I want to assign this key to M3 key, how can I do it? If the PC can be connected and the key can be assigned, I can access it from there, I would be very happy if you could help.

There is a newer Version of the Raion with a pivot. For some unknown reason Razer still sent me the old version, which is basically non functional. Why is the old version even still in stock? If I order something DIRECTLY from the manufacturer for double the price than what amazon or expert charge I can expect to receive the latest version of said product.Interestingly the return form also doesnt work properly and the customer service contact form wont load either. Fix this or this case will go straight to Paypal for a refund!Shockingly bad experience right from the first purchase here.

Recently, I discovered the Razer Turret Living Room Gaming Mouse & Lapboard, and found one available for purchase.Can you advise if this keyboard and mouse are high-quality and if there are any issues with it? While I know the new Turret is superior, it appears to be too large for my needs.

hello, I recently bought a controller, razer wolverin v2 chroma I updated it, and I have a big problem with the dead zone, you can't play normally on the controller, if you set the dead zone to 4, the controller blocks when in contact with the opponent, and if you put it on 0, the right analog stick drifts, is there another one available software than original, you are on firmear version 1.2.0.0-softveare version 1.7.41.70

Was just playing a game and got into a boss battle, controller started disconnecting because of the vibration. Tried it on another Steam game, works up until there is vibration then its disconnects then reconnects but with more vibration its gone again. Turning off vibration obviously is a work around but I would prefer if there was another fix. Thanks.

Hi, The just released Virtual Controller feature is very useful. However I've found the use case in which you could improve your Virtual Controller. This use case is Genshin Impact game on Android. It is called by many a second Zelda BOTW. Of course it is not the same game but also is quite engaging. However I found two issues in current release of the Virtual Controller. First one is a small pause, when turning around with right thumb stick in only one direction (this is after setting Camera Pan Mode on). Actually this pause is not needed. It destroys the experience of smoothness. Please at least introduce a checkbox for that pause if it is needed for some reasons. Second issue is missing option to reverse Y axis in right thumb stick. Somehow the Genshin Impact game itself also is missing that feature. This is because when you control a screen with touch (at this games assumes that is only controlled by touch), the natural direction for Y axis is intuitive, but it stops when you co

Hi, I m interesting in buying the "razer universal quick charging stand" but I have a few question about the product that i dont seem to find the answer in the official site of razer so I wonder I anybody here can help me 1) Do you always need the stand connected to the wall, pc etc via the usb cabel for you controll to charge? 2) How long does the battery that comes with the product last(because all batterys dies sooner or later)? 3) What can you do when battery that comes with the product dies, can you by another battery from otherplace or do you need to buy another "razer universal quick charging stand"?

Hi, as on the title the controller installed on pc as xbox 360 controller, steam also recognizes it as an xbox controller. Did the firmware update to latest by today but no change on anything. Anyone knows if this is expected or if there is any solution ? Thanks.

Hi, So last night my Wolverine Ultimate controller broke on me, the RB broke and I attempted to fix it but I failed. It lasted two years or more and I was wondering if I should get the same one or update it to a Wolverine V2 Chroma ? If anyone has some thoughts on this I'd love to here it, I can only PC game with a controller so I'd like to get a new/used one soon. Thank you my fellow Razer fans

hi, i had my razer raiju controller for like 3 years and now idk why i think i installed for error the wrong driver and now the controller in usb mode is not working but bluethoot yes, in device manager i got the error 43 everytime i plug in my controller usb please someone help me and sorry for my english thank u everyone

Just a quick question. Has the pivot on the Razer Raion been improved? i bought my current one a couple years back and was wondering if there has been an improved version. If there is I'll likely purchase one as the current dpad is quite frustrating.

Really Razer. Everyone and I who bought the Wolverine v2 got robbed. I received it as a Christmas present and I don’t want to return it because that would just be disrespectful to the person who gave It to me. Everyday people buy this controller and just get fooled, I happened to be one of them. This controller promises preciseness and yet you can’t adjust the deadzone to your preference,smh… do better Razer and fix this or atleast give a warning that you aren’t able to adjust the deadzone

Hello, I bought my girlfriend a razer kraken kitty V2 pro, she is playing on playstation 4. The sound is good, the mic works just fine. But she can’t control the volume with the volume button, is this the case playing on console instead of pc? Or should it work on console too? Im new here so I don’t exactly know how these treads work
