Console Peripherals

So the dongle for my baracuda x broke recently so I bought a new one. I'm currently trying to Pair my headset via the paring utility so I can use them on my phone and switch. But for some reason in the last part of the set up my headset don't want to sync. The blue light is on and the dongle is connected so I don't know what's wrong? 

Is it possible to force somehow the game or Kitsune itself to be recognized as Playstation Controller? When I play the MK11 all icons are from Xbox which is confusing.

My button just broke. M4 button. This is the second razer ultimate controller i have. Obviously manufacturing flaw. Can I buy a spare button somewhere? Anybody have any idea?

Can we connect multiple Razer Wolverine V2 Pro controllers to one single dongle on a PC or PS5? (thank you)

Using it on PC driving games.It would be wonderful if Razer would design an Xbox controller that the left trigger had brake tension and feel. Switchable in or out.My Razer controller has zero tension. Makes driving games more difficult.

Hello!I‘ve got a question regarding the Trigger Stop Mechanic of the Razer Raiju Ultimate.How much is the maximum move ratio of the L2 and R2 buttons decreased by using the L2 and R2 buttons when the trigger stop  iis active?

Does anyone have a definite solution for the controllers “bricking” after the firmware update? I recently updated mine & immediately after the update was finished & said “Done” on screen my controller no longer turned on. I’ve power cycled my Xbox Series X & tried a different USB port & no luck.This would really suck if there’s nothing to be done about this & there wasn’t anything I could’ve done to prevent it. Thanks in advance. 

Hi, I really want to buy a Razer Kitsune skin but they are only available in the US. You can’t buy skins on the French Razer website.Could you do something about it?Thanks. Does anyone know if a French store sell those? 

When I use my Kitsune in PC (windows 10) on PC mode the touchpad works as expected being able to drag my cursor and click, but when it comes to steam games I can’t get it to function. I think this is due to windows recognizing it as an Xbox controller, so steam doesn’t think it has a touchpad, But steam has support for PS controllers and their touchpads. Is there a way I could get steam to read my Kitsune as a PS controller, so I can use the touchpad in-game. Shouldn’t it be read as a PS controller anyway though?

I’ve had this camera for about a year and a half. I use it for streaming and it’s worked perfectly well until yesterday when I turned on the ring light. It was fine for all of 5 minutes and then the light started flickering and the image was frozen. After that I tried looking everywhere for what the issue might be. Tried swapping the USB slot it was in, I checked the device manager to make sure the drivers were up to date, I tested it out on another pc for a moment. Thought it was working so I tried to stream with it again. It worked for about an hour before it stopped responding. This time, however, there was a whirling sound to go along with the malfunction of the camera. 

Hi! Can someone tell me if anything has changed since three years ago… (see link below) Or has anyone found a good alternate replacement thumbstick?I’m not looking to replace the entire stick, I really just want another rounded tip. My controller came with one and I want another… so just the magnetic tip that easily swaps in and out is all I’m after.There’s got to be a whole stockpile of them sitting somewhere in a warehouse, right?Thanks!

Looks like the limited edition Starfield Xbox controller is indeed coming, and I’m curious if there will be a Razer charging stand to match?Controller is basically white, but the battery cover is red, so getting the regular white stand would mix up the design.Hoping someone at Razer might have something to share … ? Maybe? ;)

Hello! I changed my phone and again I’m unable to connect my earbuds via Bluetooth, and it doesn’t even sound de usual “pikachu” when turned on. mor happened once before but I’m not remembering how to reset it, if it’s tapping 3 or 5 times. I’m trying and getting nowhere. And of course Razer doesn’t help because of the expired warranty.

Is it possible to disable the touchpad on the Razer Kitsune in PC mode? I keep accidentally moving the mouse cursor or getting mouse cursor clicks from accidentally tapping on the touchpad when I’m trying to hit the Options or Share buttons. For example, I had a fighting game open in windowed mode, and when I was in training mode, I would reach for the Options/Share buttons often to open the menu or reset positions. Doing this resulting in tabbing out of the game due to an accidental touchpad tap several times, which was very annoying. I never use the touchpad for anything on PC so I would like to disable it or at least disable the tap-to-click behavior. I couldn’t find any option to do so in Steam either.

One day suddenly my Razer Viper V2 Pro stopped working wirelessly, only wired. I made sure that the firmware was up to date, and checked many other recommendations shared on razer forum yet I couldn't solve the issue. Tested it in other PCs but those don't even detect the mouse's dongle

For a month or so my Razer Kaira Pro Headset is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting from my Xbox Series S, usually it takes more than 5 tires of power on /power off or press the headset's pairing button and pair to the console. Everytime this happens, the headset just ignores my profile configuration like RGB lights or audio running.qThe Razer Audio App for Xbox just says that my headset's firmware is updated.Sincerely this issue is very dissapointing for me after almost 3 years of buying Razer products.

今回 WOLVRINE V2 を買ったのですがRazer Controller Setup For Xboxを使い、キーコンフィグしようとおもったのですが、この画面のまま反応しません。マウスやキーボード、どれ押しても無反応で困ってます 

my x button stopped working so re mapped it to one of the extra buttons on controller and that didn't work either tried on all 4 extra buttons but still no response yet they work for circle, square and triangle when I re map them, anyone know how to fix  iv tried pretty much everything with no success, it is out of warranty hence why I asked here,  I made sure ps4 was up to date, I tried switching to different presets within the app to map buttons for controller, reset controller through app

Good Evening  Everyone, I just bought the razer Wolverine v2 pro for ps5.There is tremendous deadzone in MW2 .Any good solutions to fix? 

why can't razer kitsune use socd? If hitbox doesn't have socd, do I still need to use hitbox?

Absolutely ridiculous,I'm extremely angry and disappointed at Razer. I bought a my Razor Chroma 2 Xbox controller on the 22nd of June 2023 and it was working great until last night the A button wasn't responding and wouldn't work. I had to use the paddles. I went into the Razer Xbox App and it said my Controller needed an update ,so I updated it now the Controller. As soon as the update finished the Controller died and won't turn on or light up I've tried swapping usb ports, different leads and restarting my xbox. Nothing it has completely died. I've wasted £110 on Controller that can't even update. 3 months and it died because I updated  the Controller as it told me to. Razer won't even do anything because the warranty has run out. I'm not even at fault I updated the Controller and it died. I need help or someone to guide me through to get in contact with Razer support.
