I've just got my new Kaira Pro Headset and really impressed with the build quality, although the connectivity to the PC Synapse is less than ideal. Doesn't show up in the devices to control lighting etc (something you would expect to work from a Razer product).

The pairing is great works well over Bluetooth and via the Xbox wireless adapter for PC.

Unable to change literally ANY settings via the `Razer headset setup for Xbox` app on PC.
Even on the latest firmware, so that means no equaliser settings base treble etc, can't be edited.

I hope an update comes out soon!

Well my Kaira Pro Wireless are likely going back. Mic sensitivity is way way more sensitive than it needs to be and basically makes the headset useless in game chat/party chat. In all honesty I would AVOID purchasing these until they release a firmware fix. The fact that you can't adjust the mic sensitivity in the app is awful.

It's like they are on all the time and you literally have to set the Volume Normalisation on zero to stop the ambient noise, at which point even your voice cuts in and out while talking.

Basically Highs are your treble notes, footsteps, gun shots etc, lows are your base notes, e.g. roar of a plane etc.

I had to set up a virtual machine (Parallels) with Windows 10 on my Mac to update the firmware.

Set the Microphone Equalizer to "Custom" on the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox app and save. Temp fix until Razer gets it together.

I have the Kaira Pro headset. Just got them in the mail today. Great headset. Very comfortable. First razer product I've owned actually. Not sure how to update the firmware as they won't connect to to Synapse 2. And there is no synapse 3 download for IOS.. Please advise? Anyone know what I can do to update the firmware?
Also I have noticed that the mic notification does not turn off on my xbox.. it is acting like I am talking but I'm not.


Would like to know if there has been a solution having the same issue.

a friend of mine has this, tbh the mesh padding is somehow very comfortable, esp on long play time, n the padding doesn't get hot really fast too, which is surprising, yet good.

I am thinking of buying these for my pc and phone. Can I sync to multiple bluetooth devices or will it need to be repairred every time I want to change the device I use them with. I do not have an xbox. I simply want a Headset with bluetooth and these seem to be the only ones from razer besides the opus... and those do not look like a gaming oriented headset...

I just received mine updated the firmware then boom no sound coming from the Xbox to the tv

Anybody knows the different frequency ranges which are meant to be adjusted within the Xbox app? It just says low, mid-low, etc.

These things don't work with Xbox Series X. They make it impossible to turn off your system. It will turn itself back on after you turn it off and make the controllers unable to be recognized by the system. You'll have to hard restart it, wait for it to restart and hope it allows the controllers to be recognized. You might have to do this several times.

Steelseries has updated their headset to fix this problem. Get those, not these.

If you are having issues with constant white noise keeping your mic active, then set the Microphone Equalizer to "Custom" on the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox app and save. Not sure why it works, but it does.

Hopefully, this helps someone who enjoys the headset but was having the same issue.
