I've never had any Xbox console and the new gen won't be an exception, but it's great to see Razer continue to expand it's console catalog for those who are into it.

I have this nice headset but I'm wondering if it's possible to switch it on WITHOUT switching on my Xbox at the same time, I want to use the headset on my PC\\mobile and when I do, well, my Xbox is on too.

I agree that mic quality over bluetooth is incredibly bad, really bad.
Had to buy a xbox wireless adapter to have the headset working wireless on Windows 10.
Wireless quality is very good tho'.

Now i still have the problem that my Kaira Pro is nowhere to be seen in Synapse, so i cannot control the lightning or anything else.
It was visibible before, now anymore.

How to troubleshoot and fix this?

I am thinking of buying these for my pc and phone. Can I sync to multiple bluetooth devices or will it need to be repairred every time I want to change the device I use them with. I do not have an xbox. I simply want a Headset with bluetooth and these seem to be the only ones from razer besides the opus... and those do not look like a gaming oriented headset...

Please update the firmware of your headset using Synapse for Xbox. As of this time, there is no way to do this on Mac or iOS devices. Don't hesitate to send me a PM if you need further assistance.

To everyone else having issues with the headset, please send me a PM so I can help you isolate the problems and troubleshoot.

Updating the firmware via the app on Xbox is currently not available.
