Kaira Pro - no sound in recordings.

Good day. I have a problem with the Kaira Pro headphones for Xbox. I connected them to the console and while the sound in the headphones can be heard well, I cannot hear my voice from the microphone on the recordings. I turned it on in the settings, took it to the highest volume but nothing helps. When I turn on voice monitoring - this "echo" is heard so everything seems to be working. Do you have any ideas? Maybe something needs to be turned on in the settings ...
