Razer Junglecat NO TOUCH MAPPING! false marketing or?

I just paid $193 with customs duty and shipping for the Razer Junglecat after seeing the reviews on a number of sites including cnet which specifically stated that touch mapping the controls is available via the Razer Gamepad app.

There is NO such feature, inf act it is useless to buy an "expensive" mobile gamepad which doesn't support official touch mapping for games. I shouldn't have to look for 3rd party apps when its an official feature as per review.

Will this be fixed in the app or am I stuck with this? Before reviewing it on my channel I would like clarification on this feature.

The app does that if you select a supported game in the app.
Add your games via the app and it will say if it is supported or not.
If the app supports the game, there will be an open when you tap on the game.
That defeats the purpose of touch mapping. Its meant to be mapping for specific games that dont support touch mapping on the screen. not x input.

You're not explaining very well.
Because you can map the controls to do whatever you want.

I think you misunderstood. What zniel means is that pressing a button and the app sends a touch signal to the game to mimi touch behavior.

I don't see the map to touch feature either, and I think I read it somewhere as well.

I don't know whom to blame. Maybe the press wrote wrong information, got wrong information, or just Razer hasn't finish their app yet.
There is no touch screen mapping. There is no such feature that the reviewers have stated. This is a problem with the reviewers integrity as they have mislead the consumers unless they were given special software.
Propose for Razer to work on enhancing the gamepad App to allow customize mapping. Unfortunately, I don't play any of the games that's currently supported.

Am playing a hugely popular MOBA game - Honor of Kings (王者荣耀), and bought the controller thinking it has custom mapping capabilities.
The controller is still in shipping will have to try third party apps and see if it works with them. However it wont be as reliable as a built in touch mapper. Hopefully they see the thread and implement touch mapping
