RRicard00Try contact razer-support on reddit, they are alot faster there. I have my answers mostly within 2 hours every time I need to ask them something. https://www.reddit.com/user/RazerCustAdvocacy
Is it that hard to share the link with us? A reply from the support guys always takes a day with me. Its not that i can wait a extra day but im kinda done with the way Razer helps us. If they have the v3, why not sharing it everywhere (twitter, forum, facebook) I bet there are alot of people with this problem without knowing how to fix it. Only sharing it with people who are asking about it doesnt make it public.

RRicard00There is a European chat support here: https://support.razer.com/contact-support Simply click the flag in the top right, and select "Europe - English". I'm in Europe too, and I've used both the EU and US chat support depending on their opening hours without any issue.

Flipkick661I’ve been trying to do this for the past couple days dude the chat support doesn’t work for me for whatever reason, I’ve emailed and had no reply other than an automated one it’s getting very frustrating I’m having several problem with this controller Just don’t see why the People that have wrote on this thread saying they’ve got the link for the 1.03 don’t just post the link in the thread for everyone as I certainly would!

Oden_97Because some of us were give the link through chat support, clicked it, downloaded the file and closed the chat window. We simply don't have the link. I understand you are frustrated, and it is very strange that the chat isn't working for you specifically, but you going off on other community members trying to help isn't a very productive way of getting the help you need.

SiR-SwiftyNo problem man! glad it worked! someone told me how to bootload it as well so props should go to him! now like everyone else here i would like to get my hands on the v1.03 to see what got fixed.
I can confirm this works :) Here is what i did, Load the official v1.01 firmware on your pc and whilst holding up on the d pad and the x button at the same time connect your usb cable, make sure the controller is set to usb. It will automatically go into bootloader mode and run the updater. once it finishes disconnect then rconnect and just run the beta v1.03 updater to upgrade. I'm going to test for a few hours and probably will write up on wether this firmware is an improvement. Thanks for the advice on how to get this beta working stavrosmangaros :)

Oden_97when i got the beta link for v1.02 i posted it right about everywhere and a few hours later it was deleted by the mods that said that they need this to be a closed beta to monitor the results, tho tbh someone can give you the link via DM anyways, its not like us v1.02 beta users didnt get checked for our serial number and everyone of us can get the link if he asks for it so its not a big deal but i suppose they dont want it to be made public yet for some reason but again someone can DM you, im waiting for the link as well

I have the 1.03v. You cant install it with the 1.02 beta running. If you downgrade to 1.01 you can override it with 1.03. I someone wants the link PM me

LilacLusterleetportal663Installed the 1.03 firmware. Testing it as we speak. I'm testing it while playing the forest. Normally i would get huge stick drift with this game. So far all good. Hopefully it stays that way. Normally the stick drift would return after a few days. Hope this will be the sollution we are all looking for. Will keep you guys updated.

7nightwing7Just to be clear, were you experiencing stick drift (stick moving without being touched) or lag (delay between pressing the stick, and character turning/moving)? I'm interested, because it seems to me that stick drift is due to hardware and lag due to software. Just asking out of curiosity.

Flipkick661For me it was the left stick that moved on it's own to the right. Plus sometimes i had input lag with my L1 button. But that was fixed with the beta (1.02). also tried the "blow fix". That helped a bit. However, i had some lag while moving with my left stick. Now all problems seem to be gone. But it's the next coming days that will be the final test. Hopefully it stays this way.

7nightwing7It made it even worse then before. My fortnite character does 360 turns all out of nothing. I did the bootloader way. Back to 1.01 and then 1.03

Release notes:
Improve the response time over Bluetooth connection
- Implement the new pairing indicator.
- From OFF status going into pairing mode, light indicator no longer goes into slow blinking before going into pairing mode (fast blinking).
- From ON status in BT mode (already slow blinking), there is a very short pause before going into pairing mode (fast blinking).

v1.03 feedback
from me playing BFv:
it's worse than 1.02, more lag both wired and BT, turning right on right stick is 50% slower than turning left which makes using the controller on that game impossible, you just cannot aim properly.
Blackout:
Aim feels the same turning in both directions. Random slow down lag for a second occasionally in wired. Overall i'd descirbe it as patchy in BT, lag is present and certainly performs worse than v1.02 for me.
I've never experienced stick drift and still dont on my TE. However, I previously had Ultimate and drift was so bad i sent it back and gave up with that controller.
I'd say it's worth giving this a shot if 1.02 is unplayable, otherwise dont bother!

Evs85Talked to an awesome guy from the support, this update wasnt targeted towards the stick drift, that is still worked on, they are hopeful that the next update will eliminate the stick drift or leave little of it and be eliminated on the update right after that. So i guess we still have some time to go. If the new Astro controller was out already, the C40, i would have send this back and got that instead, but since it wont be launched till March and since im in Europe it might be even longer, i cant do anything but wait right now. So i hope before March the next update will make this playable. I hope.
